1. Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos.
We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For change-of-mind returns, used or installed water filtration products and opened replacement filter cartridges may be excluded for hygiene and product safety reasons.
These exclusions do not affect customers’ statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping arrangements will be handled by PURE WATER CARE ENTERPRISE in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Additional bank or payment provider processing time may apply
